My imaging Scopes, set up for the solar eclipse March 2015

Welcome to my website

I have created this website to share my enjoyable, but challenging delve into the world of Astrophotography. I am by no means an expert, infact quite the opposite, i am finding the learning curve long, and sometimes frustrating but extremely enjoyable. I will be sharing my images and info on equipment used. And please don't forget to check out the DIY pages for some great ideas on how to save some money. Please feel free to comment or ask questions via the contact page.

Selection of Images

Below are three of my images, they are by no means the best, but show what can be achieved with very modest kit and a daytime DSLR  camera. click on any image for an enlarged view.

M27 Dumbell Nebula
M42 Orion Nebula
M31 Andromeda Galaxy
